Floral wall installations are one of my new favorite ways to bring a boring space to life. I love the depth and texture that it brings to the space.
I made a fall floral wall arrangement in September and it was so much fun to put together. I decided to put another one together for spring (and in time for my tea party – very on theme 🙂 ).
Here is how to create a floral wall installation.
Supplies:
- Chicken wire
- Faux Flowers (I got mine from Hobby Lobby)
- Wire cutters
- Screws
Process Video
Instructions:
- Measure the space you want to fill
- Cut and mold chicken wire about ⅔ smaller than the space you measured
- Begin creating your arrangement with filler and greenery
- Add in focal flowers
- Adjust faux stems until you are satisfied with the arrangement
- Admire!

Tips:
When purchasing flowers, stick to a color palette to keep everything cohesive. Try to purchase various types of flowers like greenery, filler flowers, focal flowers, etc.
I like to shape my arrangements in an asymmetrical form because it’s more forgiving on “mistakes”. There really is no right or wrong when it comes to arrangements, but you might like having an asymmetrical look. Keep playing with the placements until you are happy with the end result.
