I’ve recently found a curly salon in the Atlanta area that love! Diamond is my stylist at Southern Curl and every time I leave the salon I feel extremely confident with my cut and styling. My favorite part of this salon is that they don’t gatekeep (bless). During my first haircut, Diamond shared styling tips that were tailored to my fine 2B hair – not blanket curly girl advice. So today I am sharing my updated curly hair routine in hopes it can help others!

Innersense Products:

• I Create Volume (2 Pumps)
• I Create Definition Styling Foam (3 Pumps)
• I Create Finish (~5 Sprays)

Steps

1. After double cleansing and conditioning, add 2 pumps of I Create Volume and rake it through my wet hair
2. Follow with 3 pumps I Create Definition Styling Foam
3. Use your preferred brush to rake and distribute the product evenly throughout (I use a denman brush)
4. Section the hair in ¾ “ long sections and use fingers to comb through the portion and create clumps
5. Continue step 4 until complete
6. Use a microfiber towel and gently squeeze any remaining water
7. Spray ~5 sprays of I Create Finish
8. Optional step – add volume clips at the root of the crown
9. Diffuse
10. Admire!
