
I recently finished reading Carrie Sotto Is Back and, naturally, I wanted to make my own blueberry smoothie. How many times did she drink a blueberry smoothie in that book? Does anyone know?
Well anyway, here’s my go to recipe:
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 frozen banana (sliced)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1.5 cup almond milk
Just add all of your ingredients to the blender and go! Now you have a smoothie packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and a little protein. Time to go play pickleball (because Carrie Sotto-level tennis is a little intimidating and I’m here to have fun lol)!
